Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the u7u7u platform and all related services. By accessing u7u7u through our website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. u7u7u reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the website.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and use any service on u7u7u, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.
2.2 Single Account
Each user may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and prohibition of winnings withdrawal. If you need to update your information, please contact the u7u7u support team.
2.4 Account Security

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on u7u7u is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Before depositing, make sure you are using the correct account number.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus
u7u7u offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000, after which the bonus winnings become withdrawable.
- Only bets placed with bonus funds count towards wagering
- Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit
- Wagering contribution may vary for certain games
- The maximum bet limit for any game must not be exceeded
4.3 Other Promotions
From time to time, u7u7u may offer various promotional offers. Each offer will have specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted unless stated otherwise.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
If bonus abuse is detected (such as multiple accounts, use of bots, or coordinated betting), all bonuses and related winnings will be voided from the associated account and the account may be suspended.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Validity
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. u7u7u reserves the right to correct any bet that was settled incorrectly due to a technical error. u7u7u will not be liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
5.2 Suspicious Activity
u7u7u strictly prohibits the following activities:
- Participating in match fixing or any form of misconduct
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Creating coordinated betting patterns with other players
- Using the platform for money laundering
If such activity is found, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.
5.3 Game Outcomes
All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer methods. u7u7u is committed to ensuring fair play. In the event of a dispute over any game outcome, u7u7u's decision shall be considered final.
VIP Program & Cashback
u7u7u's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is listed below:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Players are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and contributions. u7u7u reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback amounts will be credited directly to the account and separate wagering requirements may apply.
Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Closure at the User's Request
Any player may request to close their u7u7u account at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided, however the bonus balance will be cancelled.
7.2 Closure at u7u7u's Initiative
u7u7u may close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:
- If a breach of the Terms and Conditions is proven
- If there is suspicion of fraud or deception
- If false information has been provided
- If multiple accounts are being operated
- At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority
7.3 Inactive Accounts
